DIRECTIONS FOR USE For immediate pain relief, apply up to twice a day, directly with the fingertip to the sensitive area of the tooth, massaging gently for 1 minute. Children under 12: Do not apply with fingertip for immediate pain relief. For long-lasting pain relief, apply with a soft toothbrush and brush your teeth twice a day. Be sure to brush all sensitive areas. Sensitive teeth can be a sign of an underlying problem that needs to be treated by a dentist. Children up to 6 years of age: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize ingestion. If fluoride is added from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
